Internships & Work Related Learning

At European Business School we believe that you cannot learn everything in a classroom. It is the goal of the Careers and Appointments Office, incorporating the Employer Liaison Officer, to support students in engaging in real life work experiences thus gaining them credibility as a graduate in today’s highly competitive job market. EBS believes that all students should have some form of work based learning before graduation so that they can learn to adapt to new situations, develop communication & social skills, and gain insight into the workings of a professional environment.

“Work Based Learning Experiences” are educational activities that assist the student in gaining an awareness of workplace performance while also gaining valuable work experiences and skills while exploring career interests and abilities.

This is facilitated by the continuous sourcing of work related learning opportunities for students across all disciplines by our dedicated Employer Liaison Officer. Opportunities available include permanent jobs, temporary & summer positions, internships, voluntary opportunities, work abroad options and Graduate Programmes.

Internships are a primary focus of the Employer Liaison Officer and in the last year there has been huge growth in the number of internship options available to EBS students. Internships offered ranges from work in small companies to large multinationals, financial organisations & public sector companies.

The internship opportunities available span across all disciplines including:

  • Marketing
